Our Equipment

Throughout the years 2010-2012 we executed a large investment process, supported by the Marshal Office of the Wielkopolska Region in Poznań, as a part of WRPO 2007-2013. Our projects were highly rated and were granted funding support. The investment pertained to buying innovative devices and technological solutions for production purposes as well as to acquiring energy from renewable sources and biological wastewater treatment.

We value reliability and credibility hence we invest in only the best and the most modern device brands available on the market. Our equipment consists of a large variety of Dürkopp Adler machines essential in production of even the most complex covers, as well as of ZÜND devices to support the process of leather cutting and other textiles.

Our systems are able to digitise physical templates and digitally process them including electronic export suitable for other computer systems. Firma Optimal owns a proprietary, continuously enhanced and maintained, integrated production aid system which provides the ability to control all production stages and efficient completion of all orders, even the most complex ones.
